Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust are running an event where they want to hear from local people about what it’s like to grow older and live with a health condition in their communities. They also want to explore “what is frailty?” and find out how health, social and community services can support local people, particularly those registered at the following practices:

• College Yard Surgery
• Churchdown Surgery
• Longlevens Surgery
• Cheltenham Road Surgery
• Hucclecote Surgery
• Gloucester Health Access Centre
• Brockworth Surgery

The event which will be taking place between 10.30am – 1.30 pm on Friday 21st July at Churchdown Community Centre, Gloucester, GL3 2JH. Lunch will be provided and transport can be arranged.
