I was born in Gloucester, and educated in the city and at various universities. I have lived in this parish for over 30 years, witnessing the many changes. Most of my working life was spent in schools providing careers education and guidance for young people, ending as a local authority secondary curriculum adviser. I have a keen interest in sport, am a BBC rugby commentator, and a poor golfer. I am particularly concerned about traffic issues impacting on our community, especially the M5.
